• We operate our business at a low profit margin. Services you ordered are nonrefundable. Based on our criteria, we produce the best quality product according to the materials which you send to us and the media of your choice. 

• If you  need us to redo the job  ( For example, don't like the color balance, contrast ... ) , we will do it at a discount price for you  ( the discount rate depends on what kind of job has to be redone. )

• Light Sound is a service company. We perform jobs requested by our customer. Therefore, we are not responsible for any copy right violation neither any illegal acts performed by our customer. Please think carefully before  asking us to do the services.

• We are not responsible for any loss of materials which you send out to us by mail. If the material is valuable to you, please send it out with a postal tracking number. ( Delivery confirmation service )
